Probe after man shot in leg in Belfast

A young man was shot in the leg in Belfast in what police have called “a paramilitary-style shooting”.

Officers were called to the Downsine Walk area of Ballymurphy in the west of the city at 10.20pm yesterday, when they found a 21-year-old man who had been shot in the leg.
