Gilmore: We'll keep fighting for better deal on bank debt

The Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore has said he is adamant the Government will continue to fight for a better deal on our bank debt, despite objections from Germany.

An official in the German finance ministry is reported as saying that a better deal on the bank bailout for Ireland would send out the wrong signal.
