Gardaí recover religion artefact stolen in Offaly

Gardaí have recovered the religious artefact that was stolen from St Manchan's Church in Boher, Co Offaly yesterday.

The artefact was located near Doon and is currently secured in Tullamore garda station pending forensic analysis.

Earlier today, two men in their 30s who were being questioned in connection with the theft of the item were released without charge.
