The Chief returning officer, Riona Ni Flanghaile, has declared the official national result of the Fiscal Treaty referendum at Dublin Castle.

The treaty was carried by a ratio of roughly 60% to 40%, with 955,091 in favour of the treaty and 629,088 against it.
