Gang attacks three pensioners with sword and knives

Three elderly siblings are being treated for serious injuries after been attacked with a sword and knives by a gang overnight.

Two masked men entered the pensioners' home in Ballyluddy, Pallasgreen, Co Limerick, and assaulted the man and his two sisters.

Gardaí said the victims had injuries to their head and limbs.
