Former staff at Dublin firm to protest redundancy payment
Former workers at a publishing company in Dublin will hold a protest later today, over a redundancy payment dispute with the plant's new managers.
American firm EBSCO took over HW Wilson last summer, and staff who lost their jobs have said the new owners are not abiding by the terms of a Labour Court recommendation regarding redundancy payments.
Workers have been waging a social-media campaign to put pressure on EBSCO, despite the threat of legal action against them.
Ex-worker, Tom Dwyer has said the company refused to take the Labour Court recommendation on board.
