Towns and villages in Co Clare are being urged to get involved in a scheme to rejuvenate communities.

The new initiative set up by Clare Local Development will run over three years. It will give help to local groups to develop derelict sites or encourage tourism activities, particularly in tows who are considering entering the Tidy Towns.
