Priory Hall residents agree conciliation process

Residents of the Priory Hall apartment complex in Dublin have unanimously agreed to enter a conciliation process aimed at resolving outstanding issues between all parties.

The High Court ordered their evacuation on foot of fire safety concerns last October.

Dublin City Council proposed the resolution process yesterday which will be presided over by retired Supreme Court judge Mr Justice Joseph Finnegan.

At a special meeting convened last night the residents voted to enter the conciliation.

Priory Hall residents' spokesman Graham Usher said the agreement has lifted the morale of all residents.
