Cannabis worth €120,000 seized in Dublin

Gardaí and customs officers in Dublin have seized herbal cannabis with an estimated street value of €120,000.

The drugs were discovered during an intelligence-led operation at a residential premises in Drumcondra after they had earlier arrived at Dublin Airport in a consignment from South Africa.

Two South African males in their mid 40s were arrested and are being detained at Ballymun garda station.
