Man dies in Meath traffic accident

A man has died after a fatal road accident in Co Meath.

It happened when a lorry and a van were in collision on the N2 at The Rath near Ashbourne just after 9pm last night.

The 32-year-old van driver was taken to James Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, where he later died. The lorry driver was not injured.
