Autism Centre of Excellence planned for Westmeath

A new Autism Centre of Excellence has been announced in Westmeath.

It comes ahead of World Autism Day tomorrow.

Irish Autism Action will use the facility based at Multyfarnham Abbey, for research, service provision and treatment.

The Centre already has funding support pledged by the Iris O'Brien Foundation.
