Gardaí find body in Kerry

The body of a man has been discoverd in a bog in north Kerry.

It is believed the man's remains were found this morning as part of a planned search by Gardaí.

One man has been arrested and is being questioned at Listowel garda section under Section Four of the Criminal Justice Act.

A post mortem is expected to be carried out at Kerry General Hospital later.

Gardaí are investigating if the dead man was a Brazilian who had been missing from Gort, County Galway, for the past number of weeks.
