A Galway man has been killed in a road crash in Australia.

A Galway man has been killed in a road crash in Australia.

There are very few details available about the man at the moment, but it is believed he is from Adrahan, near Gort, and had only been in Australia for a number of weeks.

The Department of Foreign Affairs has confirmed it is providing consular assistance to the man's family.
