Two dead, two injured after Kildare shooting
Two men are dead and two others are in hospital after a shooting in County Kildare last night.
They were wounded when up to three masked men entered a house in the Rochford housing estate in Kilcock at 10.20pm last night and fired a number of shots.
A man in his 30's and another in his late teens were rushed by ambulance to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, but both were pronounced dead later.
The other two men who were in the house were taken to the Tallaght and Mater hospitals in Dublin for treatment.
The scene of the shooting has been preserved for a technical examination.
