There will be no "report cards" on the performance of government ministers when the Taoiseach publishes a review of the Government's first year in office tomorrow.

A spokesman said there would be "no report cards", despite comments made by Enda Kenny on the Late Late Show last year that he was keeping a report card on every minister.

The Taoiseach said recently that he was satisfied with the performance of every member of his cabinet.
