TCD researchers help identify gene linked to allergies

A team of scientists at Trinity College in Dublin have helped to identify a cell implicated in allergies.

Researchers, working with a team from Cambridge in the UK, say the discovery may help them design new treatments for asthma and other allergic diseases.
