A Donegal priest has said a woman who was cleaning a parochial house during a burglary two days ago feared she would be raped and murdered by the three armed robbers.

The break-in happened on Wednesday evening at about 7.45pm, after Burt parish priest Father Gerry Sweeney left the house to celebrate Mass in a nearby church.
