High Court president concerned about fees charged by solicitor

The president of the High Court has expressed concern at the high level of fees charged by a solicitor in a personal injuries case.

Mr Justice Nicholas Kearns overturned a ruling allowing €324,000 in costs to Keane Solicitors in Eyre Square in Galway.
