A body has been found in Glandore Harbour in Cork by those searching for the last missing crewman from the Tit Bonhomme.

A body has been found in Glandore Harbour in Cork by those searching for the last missing crewman from the Tit Bonhomme.

On Wednesday, the remains of the 52-year-old skipper Michael Hayes were recovered from the sea weeks after the ill-fated trawler sank.

Twenty-four-year-old Egyptian fisherman Saied aly Eldin was the only member of the six-strong crew still unaccounted for and a search operation to recover his body has been ongoing.

The remains found this afternoon have not yet been identified as those of the Egyptian national.
