Receiver appointed to McNamara-owned hotels

A receiver has been appointed to the Burlington Hotel in Dublin, the Cork International Hotel and the Parknasilla Hotel in Co. Kerry.

The group is owned by property developer Bernard McNamara.

In a statement this evening, receiver Paul McCann said he intends to continue trading at each of the hotels.

All staff will continue to work for the receiver and all deposits and prepayments from customers will be honoured.
