Noonan advises students to avoid 'economic storm'

The Minister for Finance Michael Noonan has advised students to stay in third-level education for as long as they can, to avoid what he called Ireland's "economic storm".

Mr Noonan was speaking last night at the University of Limerick where he received an Honorary Life Membership from the University's Debating Union.
