Man dies in Roscommon crash

A man has died in a crash in Co Roscommon.

The crash happened in the townland of Ballybride, just outside Roscommon town, at around 3am today.

The man, who was in his 20s and who was alone in the car, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No other vehicle was involved, and the scene has been sealed off for a technical examination.
