Supreme Court reserves decision in Bailey case
Ian Bailey's lawyers claim the State's case in favour of his extradition to France is "untenable".
The Supreme Court has reserved its decision on whether to allow the 54-year-old be questioned by French authorities over the murder of Sophie Toscan du Plantier in Cork in 1996.
