Medical expert: Deceased was unlikely to survive, murder trial hears
A murder trial has heard evidence from a neuropathologist that the deceased suffered an acute brain stem injury which he was unlikely to survive.
Jonathan Dunne (aged 26), of Windmill Park, Crumlin in Dublin has pleaded not guilty to murdering Ian Kenny at Lakelands Road, Stillorgan on July 31, 2009.
