Man hospitalised following Limerick stabbing

A man has been rushed to hospital after being stabbed in Limerick.

The man, believed to be in his 20s, received stab wounds on Newenham Street at around 11.30am.

He was taken by ambulance to the Mid Western Regional Hospital in the city where he is said to be in a serious condition.
