Guidance counsellors set to discuss budget cuts

Guidance counsellors from around the country are meeting this afternoon to discuss budget cuts and call for a campaign of protest.

From next September, a 500-pupil school will be allocated 26 teachers, a principal, deputy principal - but no guidance counsellor.
