The second of two autopsies is to be carried out today after the deaths of two men at a Christmas Day drugs party in Cork city.

One man, who was 33, died on Christmas Day, with the other, a 32-year-old man, passing away yesterday.

Toxicology reports on the two men are expected to show a mixture of heroin, methadone and alcohol in their systems.

The party took place in a house on Rockgrove Terrace, off the Lower Glanmire Road. Gardaí have advised anyone who attended the party to seek medical attention.
