Proposed Leaving Cert changes 'at least three years away'

Education Minister Ruairí Quinn has said that any changes to the Leaving Cert are at least three years away.

He has given his backing to a new plan to overhaul the current exam system, which has been criticised for promoting rote learning and ''teaching to test'' methods.
