Man sentenced after €4.2m cannabis find

A former taxi driver who was caught through a garda intelligence operation with almost €4.2m worth of cannabis resin has been jailed for 12 years for this and another drug offence.

Stephen Geraghty (aged 47) was on the run for five years after his second arrest and gardaí believe he had spent his time hiding out in England and Spain.
