Taoiseach Enda Kenny has invited Opposition leaders to government buildings this morning for a special meeting to discuss last Friday's European Summit.

Fianna Fáil leader Micheal Martin, Sinn Féin's Gerry Adams and Independent Catherine Murphy are to be briefed on the outcome of the meeting, which could result in another referendum here in the spring.
