Age Action: Budget will leave low-income pensioners with 'stark choices'

Age Action has said that the Government's Budget measures from the past two days will leave most pensioners paying more for essential household items such as energy.

They also gave a cautious welcome to today’s taxation element of the Budget, noting that it will result in a small increase in the income of some low income pensioners.
