Council to vote tonight on Clontarf flood-defence plan

Dublin City Councillors will vote this evening on whether to give the green light to a controversial flood-defence plan for Clontarf.

Local residents and business owners have issued a joint statement ahead of the vote calling on the 52 councillors to "do the right thing and vote no" to the plan.
