Taoiseach admits 'tough' Budget ahead

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has said jobs creation will be 'central' to what he admitted would be a 'tough' Budget in the coming two days.

He acknowledged the Government had not been able to deliver on all its promises, but said it had begun to stabilise the country's finances.
