Major drugs arrest in Cork

Gardaí in Cork have arrested a 23-year-old man in connection with a €250,000 drugs seizure.

He is being held at Bandon garda station under section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Gardaí in Kanturk searched a house in Liscarroll yesterday and discovered around 33 kilos of cannabis resin and 2 kilos of cannabis herb.
