A juror in the trial of two men accused of a €2.28m "tiger kidnapping" robbery have said they have reached a “stalemate” in their deliberations.

David Byrne (aged 39), of Old Brazeel Way, Knocksedan, Swords, Co Dublin and Niall Byrne (aged 29), of Crumlin Road Flats, Crumlin Rd, Dublin have pleaded not guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to robbing €2.28m from Paul Richardson and Securicor and to falsely imprisoning the Richardson family on March 13 and 14, 2005.
