Bread firm wins court battle against rival

McCambridge's bread has won a High Court battle against its rival Brennans over a claim it was copying its packaging.

Brennans had denied it was trying to pass off its stoneground product as that of McCambridge's but the court has ruled customers are likely to be confused by the competing packaging.
