Donegal gardaí probe armed raid on family home

Gardaí in Donegal are investigating an incident in which a family was threatened by an armed gang.

Three men wearing balaclavas and armed with a gun entered the family's home in Bridgend at 7.30pm on Sunday evening, threatening the family before leaving the scene with a sum of cash and some cigarettes.
