McGuinness: Teams working 'flat out' to progress Monaghan-to-Derry motorway

The North's Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness has said people are working "flat out" to find a way to go ahead with a motorway from Monaghan to Derry.

The Irish Government recently withdrew a pledge of €500m it had promised to fund half the project.
