Gardaí have released without charge a man in his twenties, who was arrested in connection with the murder of Dublin man Ciaran Noonan.

Gardaí have released without charge a man in his twenties, who was arrested in connection with the murder of Dublin man Ciaran Noonan.

The remains of the 29-year-old were found in a ditch in Co. Meath on Friday evening.

He had been missing after being abducted from Russell Avenue in the East Wall area of Dublin on October 20.

The man, who was arrested for questioning yesterday, was this morning released without charge, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
