Priory Hall developer McFeely ordered off site
Priory Hall developer Tom McFeely has been ordered to leave the site of the Donaghmede apartments by 6pm tonight.
The President of the High Court has ruled he breached an order instructing him to carry out a schedule of emergency fire safety works at the complex.
Remedial works have taken place in 40 apartments at Priory Hall but the big job of fireproofing the external cavity walls has seen very little progress.
Dublin City Council's inspectors were unimpressed. The court has agreed with its application to remove Tom McFeely and his workmen from the site by 6pm today, and asked that a new contractor be found to complete the work.
Tom McFeely says he is not in a position to pay for a new contractor, and the council says likewise.
