Varardkar progresses clamping-regulation plan

Transport Minister Leo Varardkar has said he is progressing his pre-election promise to regulate private clampers.

Mr Varardkar said he would present outline proposals to the Oireachtas Transport Committee and ask them to consult the public and other interested parties before drafting a set of recommendations.
