Norris congratulates Higgins on 'winning Presidency'

David Norris has extended his congratulations to Michael D. Higgins at winning the Presidency.

The Senator said: "At this stage, it is clear the Labour candidate will win the election".

Senator Norris also said he is "looking forward to a presidency under him".
