The Justice Minister Alan Shatter has said the two constitutional amendments to be voted on in tomorrow's referendums are about "fairness and accountability".

The country will vote on judicial pay, and whether it should be reduced in line with public sector pay cuts, and on whether to give Oireachtas Committees the power to make findings of fact.
