Developers warned to meet deadlines in Priory Hall case

The developers behind Priory Hall have been warned that any failure to meet weekly deadlines on fire safety works will be considered a breach of a court order.

High Court President Nicholas Kearns has also asked banks and lending institutions to take account of the unprecedented situation of mortgage holders who find themselves evicted from the Donaghmede development.
