Gardaí arrest two after Galway drug seizure

Two men and a woman have been arrested after Gardaí seized drugs in Co. Galway yesterday.

As part of an ongoing investigation Gardaí carried out a searched of a house in the Gort area and discovered cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €170,000.

The two men, aged in their 40s, and a woman, aged in her 30s, are being held at Gort and Loughrea garda stations under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act.
