Bruton: Reform of public sector pensions is inevitable

Enterprise Minister Richard Bruton has said that public sector pensions reform "absolutely necessary".

The Government is changing the current scheme which means any future state employees will have their pension calculated on an average of how much they earn over their career, rather than on their final salary at the time of retirement.
