Man dies in Tipperary crash

A man has died in a car crash in Co Tipperary.

The 38-year-old sustained serious injuries in the single-vehicle crash which occurred at around 4.30pm yesterday evening at Mortlestown, in Cahir.

He was taken to South Tipperary General Hospital in Clonmel where he died last night.

Gardaí are appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
