Eight held as gardaí swoop on dissidents
Eight suspected dissident republicans have been arrested in a massive anti-terror blitz across four counties.
Fifteen raids were carried out in Wexford, Waterford, Clare and Longford, and a revolver, a large quantity of ammunition and bomb- making material were seized.
