A police officer has been injured after a device was thrown at him and a number of colleagues in Newtownabbey.

A police officer has been injured after a device was thrown at him and a number of colleagues in Newtownabbey.

The attack happened as he attended an alarm at business premises on the Mill Road shortly after midnight today.
