A man who accused 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh of groping him in a nightclub is due back in court today.

A man who accused 'X Factor' judge Louis Walsh of groping him in a nightclub is due back in court today.

Leonard Watters is charged with knowingly making a false report to gardaí that the pop music mogul indecently assaulted him on a night out in the Krystle nightclub in Dublin.

<p> Volunteers attending the DMax 7.7 fitness event, in honour of Darragh McCarthy, who tragically passed away last year at just 21 years of age. The sold-out fitness event saw over 300 competitors take on DMax 7.7 featuring seven fitness stations, lasting seven minutes per station with a two minute transition between station. Competitors entered in teams of two and tested their strength, endurance and mental resilience across a series of challenges including rope skipping, ski-erg, medicine ball, assault bike, rowing, burpee box jumps and wall balls.
